Perhaps one of the greatest obstacles to growth, low team well-being, and not sustaining momentum has to do with leaders who else fail to delegate. I often call this particular dumping delegation.
Either these people don’ t understand how, they don’ to see the value or even they simply don’ t want to, however it hurts their team’ s potential.
And I think as well as deeper reasons for failing to delegate.

They might appear to be carrying out less.
Some market leaders struggle with giving projects away for anxiety that people will think they aren’ big t working as tough as they could be.

They fear losing authority.
