3. You can take a break.
Sometimes being an advocate can become exhausting. It is okay to take a rest! Take that time to rejuvenate and recharge yourself prior to coming back. Maybe you could have the meaningful conversation about this issue with a loved one who shares your own views, or else take an actual break whether it be one hour, 1 week, one month, or more. 4. Be gentle with yourself and others.

Find your own “ thing” and slim into it. Is it drawing, creating, making something with your fingers? Sometimes, doing something innovative can give your mind a break from the challenging issue of teaching on the harms of porno and sexual exploitation.
7. Take care of the body.
Get enough sleep, drink enough drinking water, eat a healthy diet, and physical exercise. When your body is taken care of, you are able to better handle stress. You can do this, one step at a time.
